Thank you all for your patience in allowing me to iron out the details of the trip! As I mentioned previously, we will now be gathering and enjoying the beautiful Reef House Resort & Marina in Key Largo, Florida from March 6-8, 2026.

Please note: The prices for king rooms and double queen rooms are exactly the same price.
- Standard View no Balcony $499 per night, ($1212 total includes resort fee and taxes for both nights). At this time has 2 kings available, and 7 double queens available. Availability subject to change at any time prior to booking.
- Standard View with Balcony $509 per night, ($1235 total includes resort fee and taxes for both nights). At this time has 1 king available, and 6 double queens available. Availability subject to change at any time prior to booking.
- Partial Bay View with Balcony $539 per night ($1,302.76 total includes resort fee and taxes for both nights). At this time has 1 king available, and 23 double queens available. Availability subject to change at any time prior to booking.
- Bayfront View with Balcony $619 per night ($1,482.76 total includes resort fee and taxes for both nights). At this time has 0 kings available, and 2 double queens available. Availability subject to change at any time prior to booking.
The hotel offers a great breakfast promotion add-on of $20 per room, per day. This means if there are two people in the room you only pay $20 for two, and if there’s one person in the room, it’s the same price. This can be added onto any room listed. If you add on the $20 fee for the breakfast, please note that the room rate will be $20 higher on your booking invoice, as opposed to seeing the $20 charge as a separate line item.
Please provide the requested information to confirm your interest in attending with the group. Please fill out the questionnaire below to let me know which rate you want to book, and if you do, or do not want the breakfast add-on. The questionnaire will also ask if you plan to share a room, or if you are looking to share a double queen room with someone else joining our group who also looking for someone to chare with. I can assist with making those introductions. The same holds true for carpooling from various Florida neighborhoods. Lastly, we also have the option to go to a yoga class at a yoga studio close by that charges $10 so anyone interested in that can let me know and we can carpool together.
To make your hotel reservation call the hotel directly at 1-866-384-9814 and then provide me with your confirmation number, or you may call me at 1-561-213-5501 with your credit card details and I would be more than happy to handle the reservations and confirmations for you. Once the reservation is made, the hotel or myself will send you a confirmation number for records. I will be arriving at the hotel prior to check in, to help everyone when they arrive to be sure no one has any trouble.
Please take note of the Cancellation Policy. Reservations cancelled within seven days of your stay are nonrefundable, however anything cancelled before that is fully refundable. If you have a change of plans and wish to cancel, please call hotel reservations at 1-866-384-9814 to cancel BEFORE 4:00pm Eastern on March 27, 2026, which is the time that the hotel will charge your card for the one-room night deposit.
