It would be a great help if we could get an idea of whether or not you think can attend. Please fill out this form, even if your status is currently a "maybe". If you are ready to book, however please do so using the Reserve My Room link located on this page, on the home page beneath the photo, or on the Hotel and Travel Information page.

Ceremony and Reception will take place at the wonderful Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica.


Our wedding date is Saturday March 25, 2017.

Pre and Post Wedding Activities:

Please join us on Friday for a welcome celebration and on Sunday for our continued celebrations by the beach and pool. Please check back with this website for updates to these plans.

How close is the property to the nearest airport?

Sangster International Airport is located in Montego Bay and is approximately 15 minutes to and from Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara. Complimentary shuttle service is provided through the Hyatt to and from Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport. After passing through customs, simply visit the Hyatt Lounge and the Hyatt agents will arrange for your shuttle to the hotel.

Is the venue all-inclusive?

Yes! The cost of the rooms includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 8:00 am to 2:00 am, mini bar drinks to include water, sodas and beers, top-notch entertainment featuring live music and performance, 24 hours in-suite dining featuring chef’s specials, beachfront fire pits for evening relaxation, Wi-Fi internet access in all guests rooms, non-motorized water sports, exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities, complimentary 18-Hole golf round including greens fees and cart fees use of the driving range up to an hour before play and no additional taxes. a shared airport shuttle and all resort taxes and gratuities. In addition, you will receive a 15% discount for spa services, including hair and makeup services when getting ready for the wedding, if you book within this group room block.

What if I can't stay at the Hyatt?

We hope you will be staying with us at Hyatt Ziva or Zilara and look forward to spending as much time with you as possible!   In addition to the wedding we are hosting a welcome reception on Friday night, and hope to spend time with you at the pool and on the beach on Sunday. Should you need to stay outside of the hotel however, there is a charge of $125 day pass to access the property.

What is not included in the plan?

Laundry and dry cleaning charges, bottles of wine and liquors, local and long distance telephone charges. international cigarettes & cigars, spa services and treatments, gift shop purchases, motorized water and land sports, all lessons such as: tennis, water sports, scuba and golf, room deliveries, in suite hospitality service, and tours. Private events and in suite hospitality service, however, is not include in the all-inclusive plan. Beach Butlers and Concierge Service are also available only for premium room categories. Golf caddies are mandatory with a Caddie Fee of $15 per player and rate does not include gratuity and transportation to the golf course is not included and must be booked through the hotel. High-speed internet is also subject to a surcharge but may not be necessary as the hotel indicated that the existing speed is sufficient for most travelers.

How much are the rooms?

We have secured a room block for 75 rooms which includes the Ziva King/Double Rooms at $275 per person, per night and Ziva Resort View Rooms are $285 per person, per night. These rates are based upon double-occupancy.

What is the deadline for reservations?

If you have not already done so, you must secure your reservation no later than November 15, 2016, because after that date the discounted rates will no longer apply. Because a limited number of rooms have been set aside at those discounted rates, they are available on a fist come / first serve basis. It is possible that the rooms that have been set aside for us will run out prior to November 15, 2016, so we recommend that you fill out the link to hold your room(s) as soon as possible. Once they fill up there will be likely be no more available at that rate and you also run the risk that even at a premium there might not be availability.

How do I secure my reservation?

You can choose to secure your reservation at any time by clicking on the "Reserve my Room" link and filling out the form on that page. We recommend however that you do so as soon as possible, because once the 75 rooms fill up, the rates could be significantly higher and may not even be available at any price. Deposits are not required at this time, however you must submit your credit card information when you make the online reservation so that the hotel can keep it on file in order to guarantee your room. Payment information will be confirmed at the time of check. If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a penalty and that amount is described below.  Should you wish to pay with a different credit card upon arrival, please just let the hotel know when you check in.

What if I already filled out the reservation form and got a confirmation number from Kiss the Planner? Do I still need to fill out the hotel form?

Yes, we would appreciate if you could still fill out the hotel :Reserve my Room" form, even if you earlier communicated with Kiss the Planner. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your valuable time. We did however experience some difficulties in doing so, and although your reservation is secure, we kindly request that you also provide the information needed by the hotel directly by filling the form out and submitting it through the link. It is our understanding that this will ensure that the hotel has all they need to manage your reservation properly. What are the payment requirements?

You must provide your credit card information to the hotel at the time the reservation is made. This can be done through the website link or by calling the hotel directly. If you decide to add additional nights during your stay, those can be paid for at the time of check out.  Also, please note that rates include all service charges and applicable taxes. Taxes are subject to change according to Government regulations. Should the tax rate change, the room rate will be adjusted to reflect the new tax rate

Are there penalties should I have to cancel and if so what are they?

Unfortunately the hotel will penalize you for reservations that get cancelled and the penalty amount is calculated based up when the cancellation occurs. There is no penalty for cancellations that occur 120 days (or more) prior to arrival.  Cancellations made from 90-119 days prior to arrival will result in a $50 penalty. Cancellations made from 46-89 days will result in a $100 penalty. Cancellations made from 45 days or less are 100% non-refundable. No Shows will also be subject to a penalty of 100% of the reservation made, based upon the total reservation charge based upon double-occupancy, regardless of whether or not the room was booked as single occupancy or double occupancy.

What if I want to stay longer or arrive earlier?

Great! The group rate will apply to any of the dates: March 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.

What if I have special needs, are traveling as a single. or have children or additional guests to share my room with?

There is a single rate for each room, as well as an additional charge for adding adult guests or children onto the room booking. Some of the rooms are connecting rooms so if you have a special need please indicate that on the form.

There are a limited number of rooms of this type, so out of courtesy to others, please make your request only if you have a true need so that they will be available for those that truly have that need. We ask that you also inform us if you have special requests in the special notes field on the “Reserve My Room” form. By doing, so we will be in the loop and be able to assist should you run into a problem and need assistance.  It is our aim to make sure that each and every one of our guests has all their needs met, to the best of our ability.

What is the cost for kids?

The hotel’s “Children Policy” states that children younger than 3 years old are free of charge when sharing the same room of their parents and utilizing the existing beds. Guests are entitled to have one free child per paid adult, with a maximum of two children. Children between the ages of 3 years old and 13 years old that are sharing the same room with their parents are subject to a charge per child, per night. Teens  between the ages of 13 years old and 17 years old pay adult rate. Teens will be counted as a second person in double occupancy or as a third person rate in triple accommodation, based on utilizing the existing beds per room. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

If I want to stay on the Adults-Only side of the property, is that an option?

Yes there are a small number of rooms currently blocked at Hyatt Zilara which is on the other side of Hyatt Ziva and easily accessible. The rates there for a Zilara King are $309 per person per night based upon double occupancy. If those rooms fill up but you wish to reserve one anyway, please let your reservation specialist know. We ask that you also inform us if that is the case in the special notes field on the Reserve My Room form. By doing so we will be in the loop and be able to assist should you need that.
