Planning Retreats

Learn the ins and outs of planning right from the source. In a relaxed and comfort-filled trip, you’ll receive all the guidance you need to plan and execute your wedding vision. We know that planning and designing events are not necessarily your areas of expertise, so we show you the way in a step-by-step manner, in a small group setting in an idyllic tropical destination.

Photo Styling

Styled photo sessions for businesses, families, couples, and wedding professionals are becoming increasingly more popular and has become a Kiss the Planner specialty. Services include location scouting, wardrobe consultation and prop styling. We’ll help come up with the concept, direct the shoot, and do the creative editing.

Venue Search

Finding the perfect venue can be a daunting task. With endless locations and venues to choose from, we help you narrow down your search and point you in the right direction, allowing you to make the best decision possible for your specific needs. We find them, compare them, and help with the contracting process.

Coordination Service

This takes place in the final stage of the planning process. We will review your plans, create the timeline finding any missing elements and offer advice to perfect your plans. Then, we run your rehearsal or walk-through and on the big day we will be there from beginning to end to direct the entire day, be by your side, and make sure that everything from vendor arrivals to the clean up after the affair goes smoothly so you have nothing left to think about except enjoying your day.

Guidance Service

You may not need full-service planning but you still want guidance. With a series of virtual meetings, you’ll have all the guidance you need to plan flawlessly. It’s common to feel a bit overwhelmed, so we drive the bus and fill in the gaps with a plan that is clear, comprehensive, and easy to follow, laying out the numerous tasks that are to be accomplished in a step-by-step manner. This service includes Coordination Service in the final stage of the planning process and on the Wedding or Event Day.

Coordination Service

We handle the time-consuming details of the planning operation. For the busy client that needs the expertise of a planner to do all the legwork keeping your wants and needs in mind, or for someone who wants the personal service, together we will make it happen. This service includes the Guidance Service with monthly meetings and Coordination Service in the final planning stage and on the Wedding or Event Day.

Design Service

In keeping with your vision and integrating our vast event design knowledge, together we can create that signature style you are seeking. Custom storyboards with fabric swatches, photographs and recipes for tablescapes, printed materials, favors, welcome bags, entertainment and even cocktails, each with your personal signature attached. We are there on the Wedding or Event Day to see it through and direct installation, making sure your vision properly comes to fruition. This is a stand-alone service that can also be added on to any of the other offered services.

A combination of five different services, we help you find and secure the venue (Venue Search Service), create a step by step plan that we follow together (Guidance Service), execute all the planning logistics details (Execution Service), design to perfection (Design Service) and bring our A-team to run the event (Coordination Service).
